Six Flags with Mish

Mish has 3 nieces officially.  However, one of her best friends has two daughters who might as well be nieces as well.  The oldest, McKenzie, has a special place in Mish's heart.  Since we have season passes to Six Flags, we have coupons that came with them to use for friends on certain days.  It included a coupon for Spring Break this year.  McKenzie has never been to Six Flags so Mish decided to come with Caleigh and I for the day and bring her with us.

McKenzie's mom brought her over to Mish's house the night before.  She had secretly packed her an overnight bag.  After a short visit, her mom and sister went to leave and told her goodbye.  She thought it was a joke, but when she saw the overnight bag she realized that she was really staying the night with Mish.  She got very excited thinking that a spend the night party with Mish was her surprise.

The next morning, Caleigh and I went to Mish's house to pick them up.  When we got there, McKenzie still did not have any idea as to where we were going.  As Mish videoed so her mom could see her reaction, Caleigh told McKenzie we were going to Six Flags for the day.  You could see the elation and some trepidation in her face!  It was so cute!

Before hitting the road to Six Flags we had to make a pit stop for some Chick-fil-a! Mini's!  MMM!

Then, we made it!

I don't know if it was the fact that McKenzie was with us or what it was, but Caleigh was extremely brave this day!  She even rode the Scream Machine!  She has since to ride it again but she did ride it when McKenzie did.  Here they are waiting in line to ride.

This Rockin Tugboat went back and forth and back and forth and round and round.  Mish and I let the girls ride this one all by theirselves.
McKenzie wanted to drive me, "Mandisa," as she kept calling me, around on the Hanson Cars.
Caleigh drove Mish.
McKenzie's first roller coaster was the Mine Train.
She also rode the Georgia Cyclone.  That particular coaster hurts me to ride it, so I usually don't.  Their 30 minute wait time turned into 90 minutes and Caleigh got tired of waiting.
And this is why I still bring a stroller to Six Flags!

We saved the Log Jamboree for last and got ourselves nice and wet!

We were hoping to catch some shows, but none of them were playing yet.

So, after a long day of riding rides big and small, we headed home with two very tired little girls on our hands.  I think Caleigh thought she was still on a roller coaster!
