More Fun With Roger
Roger has been at it all season long! He's been super silly and so much fun. Caleigh wakes up every morning asking to "Go see what Roger did!" He's done all this and MORE! He even decorated the Christmas tree with the family's unmentionables but we won't be showing pictures of that! So, enjoy the second installment of Roger's antics! We sure have!

Thanksgiving 2012
We originally thought that Granddaddy had to work this Thanksgiving and he is the one who usually makes our turkey. So, we made plans to have Thanksgiving at Mish's house and Thomas would make the turkey. He smoked one and deep fried one. They were both delicious. Everyone else brought dishes to go along with the turkey. Mish decorated for Thanksgiving with the help of Pinterest and had pretty tables ready for us when we arrived. Granny had made some decorations as well and brought lots of treats for everyone. We got there just in time to see Santa Clause arrive at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. It was a beautiful day outside and the kids wanted to be out there most of the time.
After lunch, we were able to come back home and we had a short family nap before we got ready and left for our Thanksgiving dinner at Nanny's house. And, as per tradition, we had tacos for dinner. Caleigh ate chicken tenders that Nonnie brought for her. I taught Caleigh how to play checkers and we played an entire game together. Chad took the Kinect and played video games with his cousins. Chad's aunt and I began a game of pool, but since we were both self-proclaimed horrible players, we didn't finish the game.
Caleigh left that evening and went home with Nonnie. Chad and I began our Black Friday shopping that night and finished in the early morning hours of Friday.
Caleigh took pictures at Nanny's house. Most of them were bad or blurry but these two came out ok!

Thanksgiving 2012 was done!
Caleigh's Birthday
On Caleigh's actual birthday, we took her to the Georgia Aquarium for the day! She had so much fun! She got a free ticket since it was her birthday and she got to do all the aquarium has to offer.
She really wanted temporary lip tattoos and we got her some for her birthday. She was so excited!
She wanted to see the AT&T Dolphin Tales show but she didn't want to see the 3-D Deepo show.
She wanted to take some pictures in the park before we left.
We left and went to Granny's for her traditional spaghetti dinner and to give her our presents. Mish saved her presents for her actual birthday as well.

She was very disappointed when she thought that we got her coat hangers for her birthday.
Then, Chad opened up the box and.....
she was ECSTATIC! A Nintendo DSi.
Of course, she had to put the lips on!
And, she got one last special gift from her daddy when she got home that night!
A fun, busy day with a fun, busy girl!
